Sheep Anti-Neuroligin 4 Antibody

Western blot shows lysates of NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of N1260-08B followed by Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (HRP). A specific band was detected for Neuroligin 4X/NLGN4X at ~110kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
Sheep Anti-Neuroligin 4 Antibody

Neuroligin 4/NLGN4 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex) using N1260-08B at 5ug/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies and their processes.
